Rural Social Development Association of Nepal (RSDAN) is non-profitable social and non-governmental organization. It was established in 1989 with main to work through various awareness program to mobilize society for development process, stressing on the upliftment and welfare or the deprived people of the society. Basically it has done in health sector as distribution medicine, open clinic, village development committee in kavre district.

Prostitutes women are in kavre more then others are and it creates various problems mainly in Aids. Women are going for prostitutes due to their lack of education. Various education programs have launched in kavre district and it helped to control Aids. The RSDAN is working in remote are of kavre and to fulfill the local needs with participation of local people.
Objectives / Aims:

• To provides education opportunities to the community people.
• To raise awareness among people against Aids.
• To conduct various environment protection program.
• To organize program for the upliftment of under privileged women.
• To help society to learn about the health care and its impact on the physical and mental development.
• To give top priority for education development preservation of culture value of the
local people and to make society aware for environment and sanitation activates.
• To mobilize Local Human Resources.
• To give education and provide pamphlets against Aids.
• To Product Human Resources Development (HRD)
• To provide vocational equipment for school.
